Biography: Gail MacArgel has been enjoying her art career for over 35 years. The Artist participates in over twenty miniature shows each year. Some highlights include four entries in the World Federation Miniature Societies 2004 event held at the Smithsonian Institute, a Best of Show in the Miniature Art Society of Florida's 2006 art show, becoming a signature member of the Miniature Artists of America and an article in the American Artists magazine.
Gail is a signature member of the Hilliard Society of England, a signature member of the Miniature Artists of America, a signature member of the Cider Painters of America, a member of the Miniature Painters, Sculptors and Gravers Society of Washington, DC, The Miniature Art Society of Florida, Oil Painters of America and the Association of Miniature Artists.
The Artist describes her style as a rendering of attention to detail yet maintaining the presence of soft realism.
