Meredith Rambo, MAA Member since 1994

Biography: Meredith Rambo is a native Georgian and full-time artist, sculpting and painting in a variety of media. She sculpts in porcelain, terracotta and precious metal clays. She has had several limited edition pieces cast in bronze.

She has studied portrait and figurative sculpting with Bruno Lucchesi and Umberto Zaffardi and animal and equestrian sculpting with Eugene Shortridge.

Meredith's favorite two dimensional medium is pastel. Her current focus in this medium is painting portraits of people and animals. Examples of her work may be seen on her website, www.meredithrambo.com.

She became interested in miniature art over twenty five years ago. She has studied miniature painting with Joan Cornish Willies of the Royal Miniature Society and Elisabeth Davys Wood of the Society of Limners.

Meredith's miniatures have been exhibited in many shows throughout the United States and in London, England at exhibits of the Royal Miniature Society.
